Got these for my Mom

Got these for my mom to keep track of things during her Chemo journey. Love all the prompted sections. It was great to keep track of things to ask and responses back and keep track of next steps/appointments and go back to at future appointments for reference. I can definitely see this as a helpful tool for anyone who goes to tons of appointments and can never remember when was that, what did they say, what did I want to ask... it's all here! And the variety of sizes so you can take it on the go and throw it in your bag, or in my case printable so we could have it RIGHT NOW - definitely a useful option in our case when time was of the essence.
