I have this printable in THREE different sizes now! I love it so much that I grab it again each time I switch sizes! This is the first time getting the doodle version and it’s so cute! I love how this insert keeps me on track! I love making sure I get to fill in every space with something I’m proud of and if I get a perfect week, I treat myself!! Definitely keeps me motivated to stay on top of my health! The mood tracker also helps me see how what I’m eating and my activity levels affect my moods! I can’t say enough about this insert!
