Using paper to feel GOOD
Need a refresher on the feel good moments we covered at Go Wild? I got you! Scroll down for a workshop recap plus easy to follow guides for journaling, doodling and folding paper.
Get startedHow can we use paper to feel better?
Doodling helps calm your amygdala - the part of your brain that controls your fight or flight response, aka anxiety. Doodling takes you out of your brain and safely back into your body.
Journaling allows you to tap back into your inner voice and recognize yourself for all the hard things you go through. Through journaling you can be your own voice of compassion.
Origami and the act of folding paper is another exercise in mindfulness. It can also provide quiet relief for those who fidget or needs something to do with their hands.
Connecting with other paper loving folks, through the planner community, allows us to feel seen and heard. Creating opportunities to come together and celebrate our mutual love of paper.
